When the CIO of a retail customer made a career change to a national self-storage company with more than 2,300 sites, he knew that his new company warehouse model could benefit from a revamped and more reliable managed network partner. Understanding the important role we played in the success of his former company, the CIO called his contact at Vector Security Networks.

As introductions between the CIO’s new team and the Vector Security Networks team began, both sides knew that executing a new enterprise network solution takes time and investment from many people in all areas of the company.

Over the next four months, our engineers, legal team, administrators, and many of our senior management team – including our CEO – attended numerous sessions with the self-storage company’s team and their SD-WAN consultant.

The end result of this partnership approach was a 5-year initial agreement for a total broadband aggregation and complete network management solution, including the critical management of its Cradlepoint LTE failover devices.
