Commercial fire alarms are required to be tested annually at a minimum; some jurisdictions require quarterly tests and some have additional requirements above and beyond the standard fire codes.
Vector Security Networks’ testing and inspection programs provide timely and accurate information documenting the performance levels of a variety of commercial fire alarm systems.
Our programs are designed to strictly adhere to NFPA 72 guidelines in addition to all applicable state, regional and/or local requirements, and can be used to provide documentation to insurance underwriting organizations such as Underwriters Laboratories (UL) or Factory Mutual Research Corporation (FMRC), Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) or any other body that regulates fire alarms, fire or protection-related systems.
Our programs also address and provide solutions for the daunting tasks of adhering to a multitude of regulations in existence nationwide, and reliably scheduling fire alarm testing and inspections as required.
